目的 探讨男性乳腺癌的临床特点，治疗方式以及影响预后的因素。
方法 对我院1987年至1998年间收治的13例男性乳腺癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析。
结果 13例患者中腋窝淋巴结转移率61.5%，5年生存率为38.5%，Ⅳ期1例在1年内死亡，接受根治手术和改良根治手术的患者5年生存率分别为42.9%和40.0%。
结论 男性乳腺癌预后较差，其治疗方式应根据患者的不同情况采用手术、放疗、化疗或内分泌治疗等综合治疗方法。
